	How can you work legally?
	Our organisation is based in a beneficial legal entity and operates from countries where surrogacy is legal. We can therefore provide our service to couples internationally without any legal restrictions. WE WORK WITHIN THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF EACH COUNTRY.

How do you differ from other organisations?

There are a number of organisations based in either the UK or Eastern Europe. The main difference with the UK organisations is that we are not a charitable organisation and therefore can operate in all countries in the world. We are also not a membership based organisation. In general, charitable organisations and some of the membership based organisations have a two to three year waiting list and provide a service which is ineffective and relies on membership fees to survive; other organisations in Europe only see you through to treatment. Whilst these organisations can provide general advice it is in most cases unlikely that they have access to any real legal resources that can work in overseas jurisdictions. We also vet all of our surrogates, meet with them and draw up agreements for each party to sign which help us to manage the process easily.

Why do you select only 12 clients per year?

We provide a truly unique service and as such we need to make sure that each couple we work with we can build a working relationship with and meet there expectations. We will not alter our process for any client and all of our clients must be aware of this. In some cases they have there own idea of how the process should work or feel that they can negotiate both our clinical partner fees and ours, in these cases we would rather not be involved. Clients come to us for our expertise so therefore we rightly believe that this is why we shouldn’t alter processes or fees to fit each client.

	What is the total cost?
	All cases differ and in some cases there are aspects of the clinical treatment which attract more costs. We can therefore not give and exact cost as all cases are treated individualy to suit your needs. THE VARIENCE IN THESE COSTS IS DEPENDENT ON COUNTY, FERTILITY TREATMENT REQUIRED AND SURROGATE EXPENSES.

What are your success rates?

Our success rates for matching surrogate mothers to clients within a 10 week period are 100%.
Success in fertility treatment is 68%of all cases requiring an egg donor.
EACH OF OUR CLINICS WILL BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PRIOR TO TREATMENT THEIR OWN SUCCESS RATES AS REQUESTED.

Where do your surrogates come from?

Our surrogates are all from Thailand and live within easy reach of our clinics in Bangkok , its important to understand that culturally that all surrogates have to have there full family support and backing to undertake surrogacy , this means that our advisors will have a number of meetings with the surrogate her husband and immediate family to make sure that they have full family support in place before the are accepted onto our programme as surrogates.
Thai people have an extremely healthy lifestyle, they don't generally drink , smoke or take drugs which makes them perfect to carry and deliver a healthy baby .

Why only gestational surrogacy?

We have over the years worked with both traditional and gestational surrogates. Due to the logistics and the management process of our surrogates we only work with gestational surrogates.

WE ADVISE THAT ANY CLIENT THINKING OF SURROGACY AS AN OPTION SHOULD CONSIDER THAT THE BOND BETWEEN SURROGATE MOTHER AND BABY IN A TRADITIONAL SURROGATE IS FAR HIGHER THAN IN GESTATIONAL SURROGACY AND LEGALY THE SURROGATE IS BOTH BIRTH AS WELL AS NATURAL MOTHER.

	How long will surrogates work with us for?
	At the outset and when you meet with your potential surrogates we set a limit of number of times for treatment, however in our experience pregnancy is usually attained prior to reaching this stage.

Is there an age limit for surrogacy?

Surrogacy Thailand does have an upper age limit of 59 years of age for intended parents, however if you have a partner who is younger and can still provide viable sperm then we will work with you.

What is the cost of the first consultation?

We make a charge of Euro 300 for your first consultation, this is then deducted from payments if you choose to enter into the process

	Our service is non discriminatory and we will work with gay couples where there is a male partner to provide sperm donation for the treatment
