There are a number of
organisations based in either the UK or Eastern
Europe. The main difference with the UK organisations
is that we are not a charitable organisation and
therefore can operate in all countries in the world.
We are also not a membership based organisation.
In general, charitable organisations and some of
the membership based organisations have a two to
three year waiting list and provide a service which
is ineffective and relies on membership fees to
survive; other organisations in Europe only see
you through to treatment. Whilst these organisations
can provide general advice it is in most cases unlikely
that they have access to any real legal resources
that can work in overseas jurisdictions. We also
vet all of our surrogates, meet with them and draw
up agreements for each party to sign which help
us to manage the process easily. |
