Once you have completed the client questionnaire you will be contacted by one of our advisors, who will discuss your questionnaire at length with you and make sure that we can meet your expectations. When we have established that we can help you we will arrange for a consultation, this will be your opportunity to meet and discuss the process at length, this also gives us the opportunity to find out about you as intended parents, our aim is to meet your expectations through the process.

Once you become a member Surrogacy Thailand will provide you with suitable surrogate profiles along with a picture of each surrogate. A full profile will include family relationships, reasons for becoming a surrogate, educational qualifications along with their current employment status. Our advisors also meet with the surrogates family in order that they are happy and are supportive of her becoming a surrogate, in Thai culture its important that all the family are supportive of the the surrogate otherwise she will not be able to become a surrogate. Surrogates are vetted and interviewed at length by the surrogate co-ordinators at our Bangkok centre. We should also make it clear that we only accept around 25% of surrogates who apply to join the programme, therefore selecting only the best and suitable surrogates for you to work with.

Surrogacy Thailand recommends that you attend the birth and while this means that you will need to be in Thailand for up to 4 days before the due date, it is usually treated as a holiday by many of our intended parents. After your baby is born, the baby will leave the hospital with you.

The parental order process can take up to seven weeks after the birth and so we would recommend that you travel with your baby to another location in Thailand whilst the lawyers work on your case we provide you with a full service to register the birth and part of this process will include one of our team visiting the relevant government department with you and the surrogate so she can give her rights up to the child officially, this service is provided free of charge and comes as part of our surrogacy package.
